Terms of Use

By using the Black Girl Ai Virtual Academy, you agree to these simple terms. The Academy is a free educational space designed for Black and Brown girls (ages 8–12) — and open to all curious learners.

All lessons, discovery cards, glossary terms, and activities are free. No account is required to learn. We may add optional events in the future, but the core learning content stays free.

• Don't share personal information in the AI chat (yours or anyone else's).
• Use the Academy for learning and creativity, not to harm others.
• If you're under 13, explore with a trusted adult when you can.

Anything you write, draw, or imagine in the activities is yours. We don't claim ownership of your creative work. The lesson content, the Kehlani character, and the artwork belong to the Academy.

The Academy provides general educational information about AI. We work hard to keep it accurate and age-appropriate, but content is for learning and inspiration — always check with a trusted adult for important decisions.

Don't try to break, hack, or misuse the platform, or use it to harm others. We may update or remove content to keep the Academy safe and helpful.

We may update these terms as the Academy grows. We'll keep them simple and post the latest version here.
